Return and Exchange Policy
At Candy Jewelers, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returning or exchanging items purchased from our online store. This policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency for all transactions and may be referenced in any disputes, including chargeback claims, to demonstrate our adherence to stated terms.
Return and Exchange Eligibility
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving their order to obtain a valid Return or Exchange Authorization. Returns or exchanges without prior approval will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving the return label. Orders shipped after 3 days of receiving the return label will not be honored and shipped back to you or the scrap value of the item will be refunded to the payment method on file. You will not receive a full refund after the return window has expired.
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:
- Custom-designed items, including but not limited to engraved jewelry, custom pendants, or nameplates.
- Sized items, such as rings adjusted to a specific size.
- Items marked as Sale, Final Sale, discounted, or special order items.
Condition of Returned Items
All items submitted for return or exchange must be received in new and unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accompanying materials intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Properly packaging all return items to ensure safe and secure delivery.
- Pre-paying all shipping costs, including providing a valid tracking number for the return shipment.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) packages will not be accepted.
For added protection, we strongly recommend purchasing delivery insurance for return shipments, as Candy Jewelers is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. No refunds or credits will be issued until the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
In certain cases, at our discretion, we may provide a prepaid return label upon approval of the return or exchange request.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns or exchanges that fall within the return window are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund or credit issued.
Processing Time
Refunds or credits will be processed to the original form of payment within 21 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Customers will be notified once the refund or credit has been processed.
